How We Collect Information

We collect information when you: create an account, complete intake forms, schedule or attend telehealth consultations, communicate with healthcare providers, purchase products or services, or contact customer support. When you call +1 (725) 257-9337, the call is handled by a bilingual virtual assistant; we keep any message you leave so that a person can call you back. We may also collect information automatically through cookies and analytics technologies, as described below.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure how visitors use www.solyvidaclinic.com and the intake questionnaire at intake.solyvidaclinic.com: pages viewed, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, device and browser type, the referring site, and clicks on links and buttons. Google sets first-party cookies whose names begin with _ga; they last up to two years. From www.solyvidaclinic.com we do not send names, contact details, health information or questionnaire answers to Google, and Google’s advertising features are turned off (this site denies advertising storage and personalization by default). We also use Vercel Web Analytics, a first-party service from the company that hosts this website. It counts page views without cookies and without storing your IP address or name: it records only the page, the referring site, approximate location, device and browser type, and a temporary visitor identifier that is discarded after 24 hours. Analytics are not used in the patient portal. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser settings; the website still works without them.

Advertising measurement. We use the Meta Pixel on www.solyvidaclinic.com so that we can tell whether our Facebook and Instagram ads bring visitors to this website and, where Meta’s policies allow, show our ads to people who have visited it. Meta receives the address of the page you viewed, the referring site, your IP address, and browser and device information, and it sets first-party cookies named _fbp (and _fbc when you arrive from a Meta ad) that last up to 90 days. The only events we report to Meta are that a page was viewed, that a visitor clicked through to start the online evaluation, and that a visitor clicked our phone number or email address. We do not send Meta names, contact details, health information, questionnaire answers, products, prices or purchases; the pixel’s automatic data collection is switched off; and the pixel is not installed on the intake questionnaire at intake.solyvidaclinic.com or in the patient portal. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, the Meta Pixel does not run on this website. You can control how Meta uses data from websites in your Facebook ad settings or by blocking cookies in your browser; the website still works without them.

Language preference. We also store the language you choose (a browser localStorage key named solyvida-lang and a first-party cookie named locale) so that the website and the intake questionnaire open in that language. This is strictly functional and is not shared with anyone.

Signed-in areas. The patient portal uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in securely.
